Spanish Language Skills

Spending time in a foreign country is the best way to pick up a second language and now days it is a huge advantage to have Spanish language skills in the US job market. We make it our goal to immerse our students in the local dialect and we teach a formal class each morning before the day begins. By the end of the trip everyone will be ¡hablando español!

Sustainable Tourism Workshops

The Futaleufu valley was settled less than 100 years ago and has only recently been discovered as one of Chile's most popular tourist destinations. H2O is committed to operating our programs using only sustainable practices to help ensure the future quality of life for valley residents. Most of our fresh vegetables are grown in our own gardens and greenhouses, we have offset the building of our lodge by planting dozens of acres of trees, and we are constantly developing events in the valley that protest the building of hydro-electric projects and mines. We host workshops for our students so that they may take these practices with them and help with the spread of sustainable practices around the globe.
